There aren’t enough words to describe this weekend. The weather cooperated (which is saying a lot for March in East Tennessee), the bride and groom were full of joy and exuded kindness, the guests were fun, the venue idyllic and all the pros involved went above and beyond to make it everything the bride dreamed. We love when a bride has a strong sense of what she wants and the months leading up to Katelyn and Brandon’s big day were full of planning, inspiration and making sure their vision was realized from the gorgeous invitations to the head table fit for our “Boho King and Queen!”

We love helping pull a vision together, creating florals to make it sing, and being there until send-off to make sure all the plans are realized while the Bride, Groom and guests relax and enjoy the ride!

We are thankful for the team who joined with us and to Marblegate Farm for being all that it is!

Rehearsal Dinner

Katelyn and Brandon love Marblegate Farm and wanted to have their entire wedding weekend with it as the backdrop. We designed the table tops to compliment the country setting and BBQ dinner with a punch of color in the flowers and place settings set against the white and black buffalo check linens! The symmetrical floor plan accentuates the great architecture and provided good flow of movement for their guests. The stage is set for a great night enjoying family and friends.

Getting Ready

There are many details that go into planning a beautiful wedding, but the first choice that Katelyn made for her wedding was the venue - Marblegate Farm. She wanted her invitations to embody the property, so Wallace Paper Company helped us find an artist to paint a scene that captured Marblegate’s beauty and then designed a gorgeous invitation suite.

Ceremony at Marblegate Farm

Todd Maynard, a personal friend, officiated the wedding and Katelyn’s Dad couldn’t have been prouder as he waited to walk his daughter down the aisle. Loved ones, no longer with us, were remembered at the ceremony with a ribbon-tied chair graced with their photo.

Reception

Marblegate Hall was decorated with florals and greens rich in color and texture. The impressive stone fireplace served as the gorgeous backdrop for Katelyn & Brandon’s head table. The combination of wood, rattan, natural linens, brass candlesticks, blue goblets and votives gave the Hall a warm casual elegance. “Young Hearts Band” filled the hall with dance music after the sit-down dinner and Katelyn & Brandon were “sent-off” in style with ribbon wands and lots of confetti!!
